Submitting a Case
- Firstly, go to the login page.
- Enter your username or email.
- Enter your password.
- Click the 'Login' button.
- On your forum, you should see a list of categories.
- Click the category for your case e.g 'New Case Assessment'.
- Click the 'Submit a Case / Question' button.
- Enter relevant details about your case.
- Enter a short title for your case, without using patient names.
- Use the larger textbox to provide more details about your case.
- To add images to your case.
- Click the small 'photo' icon in the toolbar above the large text box (see picture).
- Click 'Select Files' and select the case photos from your computer.
Once finished, click 'Submit New Thread'. Your case will appear in the of cases. Your case will be emailed to our AlignerConsulting experts and we will respond within 24 hours.
