Patient’s presenting complaint: Overcrowding and teeth look ‘wonky’

Initial assessment: Irregular gum symmetry and overcrowding on the upper teeth created an unattractive smile. Lack of overjet was a major complication coupled with moderate/severe overcrowding of lower arch.

Number of Invisalign aligners: 22 aligners on the upper arch and 32 aligners on the lower arch (Including refinement)

In photos shown you can see after the initial phase, a lower refinement was carried out to increase the overjet and reduce the black triangle between the lower centrals.

Following whitening for 7 days, the upper teeth were finished with composite tip replacements on the upper left 1 & 2 and the upper right 1 & 2 to improve symmetry and overall aesthetics.
