DR. MARIANO SANTAMARIA
General dentist, master MedSciEl Dr. Santamaría obtuvo su Licenciatura en Odontología en la Universidad de Barcelona en 2002. Después de terminar su graduación, cursó un programa de postgrado de 3 años en Odontología Integral y desde el 2006 es profesor asociado en la Universidad de Barcelona, donde colabora en diferentes programas de postgrados. Es miembro activo de varias sociedades científicas: SEPA (Sociedad Española de Periodoncia y Osteointegración) SEPES (Sociedad Española de Prostodoncia y Odontología Estética) y SEDA (Sociedad Española de Alineadores), siendo un colaborador frecuente de SEPA y SEPES en el campo de la rehabilitación multidisciplinaria y rehabilitación con flujo de trabajo digital. Ha sido distinguido con el premio a la mejor investigación clínica de la Sociedad Española de Periodoncia y Osteointegración.
Su práctica privada se centra en tratamientos multidisciplinarios que aplican tecnología digital y enfoques mínimamente invasivos.

After the german master she studied dental medicine in Erlangen and moved after the study to Munich. Already in her assistence period she started to argue with the subject of asthetic dental movements and asthetic improvement by a non invasive therapy. 2007 she swar certified by Invisalign. Since than she coul solve countless cases with Invisalign. The Invisalign treatment is also use in combination with the Implantology or with the asthetic correction of the upper and lower jaw with lumineers and compositfillings after an Invisalign therapy. Since 2014 Dr. Dörfler is a member of the Invisalign Asthetic Board and works as an adviser for Invisalign.
